Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
We want your Jian Zhan to reach you as soon as possible! Once your order is confirmed and payment is successful, we begin processing it for shipment immediately. Whether we can modify or cancel it depends on if it has already entered the packing stage.

Q: What is your return policy?
We hope you fall in love with every Jianova Jian Zhan piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for the return, and we’ll assist you quickly.
- Quality Issues (e.g., damage or manufacturing defects): We’ll offer a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a free replacement, with no return shipping fees on your end.
- Non-Quality Issues (e.g., not liking the style): We accept returns, but you’ll need to cover the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: For non-quality returns, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order amount (depending on inventory status), which we’ll confirm with you upon return approval.

We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Including transit time (typically 5-10 business days) and bank processing (5-10 business days), you should see your refund within 2-3 weeks of shipping the return. We’ll work to speed things up so you get it sooner!
